Terms of Business

Terms of Business include the following:

Tranquility Independent Funeral Services reserve the right to ask that Disbursements are paid for in advance.

Final Account invoices will be sent 7 to 10 days after the service and are due for payment within 7 days of our invoice, unless otherwise agreed by us in writing.

If you do not make payment to us by the due date, we will charge you interest on the overdue sum at the rate of 4% per month and any associated debt recovery costs where applicable.

We do not offer any other repayment options.

Disclosure of interests

Tranquility Independent Funeral Services Ltd is an Independent, stand alone limited company. The sole owners of the business are Mrs Paula Sharon Hampton and Mr Michael John Hampton.

Our services are advertised with different businesses and by way of advertising media within the sector including, price comparison websites. Tranquility Independent Funeral Services LTD have no interest in any of these 3rd party businesses in terms of financial and/or influential interests.

All collected/gathered information is stored securely at our premises in a locked filing cabinet situated in a secure/locked office.

All client information is kept for a maximum of 20 years, where it is then destroyed securely/safely by way of shredding all associated documents at the time of disposal
